The Master Agreement also known as the “Contract” is a document that protects you and your rights.  It is now being renegotiated and agency is looking to take away your benefits of representation, official time and other previously agreed upon means of facilitating leave, time and attendance, eliminates safeguards against whistle blowers, takes away guarantees of training for employees, puts in jeopardy safe work environments, just to name a few.
